About Courtney

Courtney Rycyna has been working in the insurance industry since 2004. She began her career in sales for Amica and later learned the management/underwriter side of the business. She currently serves as a Property and Casualty Specialist with MetLife Auto & Home in Portland, Maine.

Courtney loves working directly with her customers. She provides each customer with personalized attention and enjoys building relationships with them over time. Courtney's extensive knowledge of home and auto insurance policies enables her to accurately assess a customer's complete personal coverage needs. She is personally committed to ensuring that each customer gets competitively priced insurance that meets his or her defined needs. 

A Buffalo, NY, native, Courtney moved to the greater Portland area after finishing her undergraduate studies at Northeastern University, where she earned a BS in Psychology. She loves living in Maine and uses her free time to explore the state's natural beauty. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys running and traveling. She volunteers as a mentor with Volunteers of America and Maine Correctional Facilities.
